Shelley Madison Kais is a candidate for the Arizona Senate, Legislative District 2. An expert in policy, budgeting, and financial management, Shelley thrives on creating opportunity by bringing people together. She is an analyst who can “follow the numbers,” a businesswoman who knows firsthand the challenges faced by our local businesses, and a loving wife and mother who bursts with pride when she talks of her family. Shelley possesses the drive, determination, knowledge and experience needed to bring Southern Arizonans in Legislative District 2 the representation they deserve in Phoenix!
As a business woman, educator, and owner of KES, Inc. a consulting and training company in Tucson, Arizona, Shelley is a widely sought after business and organizational consultant, as well as a leading public speaker and trainer in the field of analytics. Shelley began her career as a high school teacher and coach in Columbia, South Carolina. Her love of young people, education, and sports was a perfect beginning for her professional career.
